  Good stopover on the trip from Toronto to Chibougamau. Stayed here twice. Personnel was nice both times. made a good use of a pool and connected to hotel fitness center. Also the food at the restaurant attached to the hotel was very decent. During our second stay, we booked a waterfront view room ( gorgeous sunrise) for extra 5 bucks, and got a problem. Unfortunately, I got bad allergic reaction on carpet beetles in my room. Woke up with multiple bites/hives on my arms, itchy as hell. While management got back to me re my complaint, to inform of their findings and planned actions, they never offered a refund, which in my view would be more than fair.

  Spotless, comfortable, amazing sunset and sunrise, friendly staff. Very relaxing as we were travelling on business. Restaurant next door was excellent as well. Will definitely stay here again.

  Good service, nice room, great sleep, beautiful view. Small washroom, not meant for relaxin in a tub. Towels were thin and scratchy.
